Preparation begins when you book a Beyond Quantum Healing session. At that point you are telling your Higher Self that you are serious.

So don’t wait until the last minute to book as you will be cheating yourself of some valuable ‘download’ time.

We will form an intent for your session. That will be the main focus. You can be thinking about your intent and make notes, but we will work on finalizing it together. If we have time and the conditions are favorable, we can also get answers to additional questions. So please make a list of those to bring with you.

I hope you find the following recommendations helpful.

WHEN YOU BOOK THE SESSION:

I highly recommend spending a few minutes – as many as you can spare – each day with a pen and paper in hand and just write what comes to mind. Just let your thoughts flow on paper whatever they are without judgement or even going back to read what you wrote. You will find this gets easier each day and that most of your insights occur when you think you’ve run out of things to say. This may help you clarify your intent for the session. You may make a list of the things you want to get from your session. I recommend you limit them to less than 10 so as to stay focused on what is most important to you. But you can bring a page of items for us to review together.

I also ask that you spend a few minutes each evening or morning (or both!) thinking about the things in your life that you are grateful for. This helps increase your vibration / frequency which also makes you feel great!

THE EVENING BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

If you don’t normally drink water, drink some.

Avoid alcohol or other chemical indulgences if it isn’t part of your normal routine. (In other words, you wouldn’t want to schedule a session after your best friend’s birthday party.)

Watch a feel good movie, read an uplifting book or do something fun. Avoid the news and depressing TV shows.

Get a good night’s sleep.

SESSION DAY:

When you wake up, think of three things you are grateful for. Then feel grateful for them. Smile.

Continue to hydrate.

Limit sugar and caffeine intake. Don’t worry about the morning coffee, but you don’t want to keep caffeinating all day long. Drink water instead.

Wear comfortable clothes or bring a change for the session. Bring water or have it with you for remote sessions.

If your session is recorded, I’ll send you a copy via an online link.

If you are new to hypnosis, I encourage you to do some practice sessions at home to prepare you for a BQH session. This is especially relevant for anyone who doesn’t use their right brain as much as their left. It will be helpful for you to open doors to your imagination and let in some fresh air. I have recordings you can listen to or you can find others online. The important thing is to get your imagination on board with the process. If this sounds odd, please read my post on Letting Go of your Sensible Self.
